The Dyeability of Modified Polypropylene Fiber in Supercritical Carbon Dioxide
改質聚丙烯纖維於超臨界二氧化碳中染色性之探討

This study focused on modified polypropylene fiber as the main research object, using commercially available trichromatic disperse dyes, dyeing modified polypropylene fibers in supercritical carbon dioxide at the same temperature, time and pressure, and then the modifying polypropylene dyed fabrics were evaluated for their apparent color strength and various dyeing fastness. From the results of the dyeing, the relative dye uptake of dyes used for supercritical carbon dioxide dyeing after extracted of dyes is higher than the un-extracted of dyes. The assessing of the fastness of the trichromatic dyes that have undergone the dispersant is mostly less than the trichromatic de-dispersant dyes. After the reduction washing stage, the washing fastness, dry and wet rubbing fastness, water fastness, fastness to perspiration (acid), and fastness to perspiration (alkali) were all above commercial grade 3-4.
本研究針對改質聚丙烯纖維爲主要研究對象,使用市售之三原色分散性染料,以相同溫度、時間及壓力在超臨界二氧化碳中對改質聚丙烯纖維進行染色後,並對改質聚丙烯纖維染色織物進行表觀色濃度及各項染色堅牢度進行評估。從其染色結果得知,染料進行萃取後用於超臨界二氧化碳染色的相對上色率會比沒有進行萃取的染料還要高;經過去分散劑的三原色染料其檢測的評級級數大部分低於未去分散劑的三原色染料,且經過還原洗階段的布樣其水洗牢度、乾溼磨擦牢度、耐水牢度、耐汗液牢度(酸)以及耐汗液牢度(鹼)均達商用標準3-4級以上。
