In this project, four N-quaternary phosphoniun chitosan derivatives (NQPCS) were synthesized by chitosan and four (N-carboxyalkyl) triphenylphosphonium of compounds (CATPPs). The cytocompatibility were evaluated by L929 fibroblast proliferation and cytotoxicity. Our goal is to demonstrate NQPCS can be applied in textiles, cosmetic and biomedical fields.
本研究係以幾丁聚醣與分別與4種N-(羧烷基)三苯基溴化鏻化合物(CATPPs)反應而得4種鏻化幾丁聚醣衍生物(NQPCS)。細胞相容性以L929纖維母細胞來評估其細胞成長活性與細胞毒性。期證明本研究所合成之NQPCS能應用於紡織領域、化妝品及生物醫學等用途。
