Study About the Absorbing Moisture Evaluation and Comfortability of the Inner Layer in Sweat Pants
爆汗褲複合內層之吸濕耐磨性評估研究

In this study, hot-pressing PET and needle-pounding non-woven fabrics used in the basing, and the water-based PU adhesive treatment is applied. After coating, drying and bridging, the abrasion test carried out with chloroprene rubber to simulate the sweat pants. By testing the different types of hot-pressing, needle-pounding non-woven to explore the physical properties as a sweat pants inside the study, the experimental results that, hot-pressing non-woven fabric have the best hydrophobicity than the needle-pounding non-woven. The final diffusion area of hot-pressing non-woven fabric have growth 330%. Average height at 18cm, the saturated water is 676% of the needle-pounding non-woven fabric better than hot-pressing non-woven fabric, the wear resistance of the hot-pressing non-woven have the best performance, material quality loss of 13%, 9-15% have decreased on water absorption, the tensile strength of non-woven fabric better was better than hot-pressing non-woven. The amount of the tensile was up to 240%, in order to retain the needle-pounding non-woven saturation and improve the wear resistance, compound rayon textile within the cloth, after 20000 times of wear resistance, the saturation rate of the composite still have 538%.
本實驗係以PET熱壓型、針軋型不織布為基布,施以水性PU黏著處理,經塗布、烘乾、架橋後,與氯丁橡膠複合進行摩擦試驗來模擬爆汗褲內裡之情況,並藉由測試不同加工種類的熱壓型、針軋型不織布來探討作為爆汗褲內裡之物性研究,實驗結果得知:熱壓型不織布的疏水性較優,最終擴散面積成長330%,蕊吸高度平均18cm,針軋型不織布的飽水率較優為676%,熱壓型不織布的耐磨性較優,質量損耗13%、吸水率下降9-15%,針軋型不織布的拉伸強力較優,其伸長量可達240%,為保留針軋型不織布飽水率優點與改善耐磨性缺點,於內裡複合縲縈布使之經過20000次磨擦後飽水率可達538%。
