不同保溫材質內置主動式發熱片保溫效果之研究

This study’s purpose is test fiber’s thermal insulating capability, so we place heat sink in the center of Bamboo Charcoal Cotton, Hollow Cotton, Down and Coat, and put them in zero and ten degrees to test theirs thermal retentivity. This study use FLIR TOOL infrared sensor, Thermocouple thermometer to measure the temperature and temperature changes of external and internal temperatures.
主動式保溫服飾是將特殊之軟性發熱片加到服飾中,藉由外部電池以及控溫器主動將加熱片加熱,提升服飾保溫材的保溫度。本研究使用竹炭棉、中空棉、羽絨等三種市場上常用的保溫材料,置入主動式加熱片並加熱,在0℃與10℃的外在溫度下,分別以紅外線感測器與熱偶線溫度計,測量保溫材料外部與內部的溫度持溫狀況與溫度變化,期所得結果能對廠商所用保溫材之參考。
