The research of the moisture absorption on the untwisted yarn towel
無撚紗之毛巾織物吸濕功能研究

In this research, changes their saturated water and humidity 20-80RH% weight change analysis of the untwisted yarn moisture absorption and to measure the twist and diameter of the relationship. The four count yarns were express as A, B, C, D, in order to explore the influence of the same material but different number of branches on moisture absorption. It found that average water absorption of the simple B was the best. The water absorption of the yarn was 699.40% and the water absorption of the cloth was 82.43%.Changed the humidity of 20-80RH% ,the water absorption rate of the simple D is the most rapid, the humidity from 20% to 80% within 200 minutes, from 9.782 grams, the initial changed to 10.230 grams, 4.58%of the weight rate has changed, as the result simple D is the best. The twist of the simple A is 9.6 twist/in higher than the other three 8.4 twist/in. when twist being faster then the diameter become smaller, simple A diameter is about 0.349mm, the smallest of those four.
本研究針對無撚紗的變化飽水性質及改變濕度20-80RH%重量變化分析其吸濕功能之探討,並測量無撚紗撚度及直徑與吸濕性質之間的關係,實驗使用A、B、C、D四種樣本進行比較,分別以改變單一變數進行探討同材質組織但不同支數對於吸濕的影響。由實驗數據得知,飽水試驗以式樣B的平均吸水率最為佳,其紗的平均吸水率達699.40%而布的吸水率達82.43%,而濕度20-80RH%重量變化試驗則以式樣D的吸水速率最為快速,其濕度由20%到80%的200分鐘內,由初始的9.782克變為了10.230克,重量變化率為4.58%,是為最佳。式樣A撚度達9.6 twist/in,比其他三者8.4 twist/in來的高,撚度越大直徑則越小,其直徑約0.349mm為四者最小。
