This study investigated the polyester fabric add a study on flame retardance of flame retardant treatments on the curtain fabric, Concentration used in this experiment: 6%, 8%, 10%, 12%, 14%, 16% and used pressure suction pressure 1kg/cm2, after the combustion experiments, carbonization of the length reduced from 21.5 cm to 3.4 cm, carbonized length of the zonal reduced from 22.6 cm to 4.0 cm, When the concentration of flameretardant 14%, carbonization of the length 3.2cm and carbonized length of the zonal 4.1cm, When the concentration of flame retardant 16%, carbonization of the length 3.4cm and carbonized length of the zonal 4.0 cm, be known flame retardant 14% for better concentration, And take the best combustion proportion the flame retardant concentration studied 10% to test resistance to sunlight, ultraviolet light after 96 hours, the length of the char to increase to 3.2 cm from 12.5 cm, zonal carbonization length to increase 4.1 cm to 14 cm, These experiments are consistent with CNS10285 A4 standard.
本研究探討聚酯織物添加阻燃劑處理對窗簾織物阻燃性之研究,本實驗使用濃度6%、8%、10%、12%、14%、16% 及壓吸壓力1kgf/ cm2,經燃燒實驗後,經向碳化長度由21.5cm降至3.4cm,緯向碳化長度由22.6cm降至4.0cm,阻燃劑濃度14%時,經向碳化長度3.2cm,緯向碳化長度4.1cm,阻燃劑濃度16%時,經向碳化長度3.4cm,緯向碳化長度4.0cm,可得知阻燃劑14%時為較佳濃度,並取效果較佳濃度14%進行耐日光測試,經紫外線照射96小時後,經向碳化長度由3.2cm提高到12.5cm,緯向碳化長度由4.1cm提高到14cm,均符合CNS10285 A4法垂直燃燒規範。
