添加不同分子量蘆薈對絲蛋白/幾丁聚醣以靜電法紡製奈米纖維膜之吸水率研究

This study on adding different molecular weight of aloe into chitosan and silk fibroin and nanofiber membrane was prepared by electrospinning. The fineness and water absorption properties of membranes were investigating. The results showed the fibers more uniformed and fineness increasing with increase of concentration of aloe. The nanofiber membranes made from mixture of silk fibroin/aloe/ chitosan were environmental and available for biomaterials. The water absorption and diffusion coefficient are increase with aloe.
本研究以不同分子量之蘆薈添加蠶絲蛋白及幾丁聚醣高分子溶液,經由靜電紡絲製備出奈米纖維薄膜。利用SEM及黏度觀察纖維成絲性,接著藉由吸水性判定纖維膜之吸水膨潤度。結果可知,隨著蘆薈添加量增加,對電紡成絲性及吸水性影響甚大,吸水率與擴散係數也跟著上升,另外,當蘆薈添加量的增加,使纖維細度下降。
