Planning of fabric drying energy management system
織物烘乾製程能源管理系統建構

The well-developed information and communication technology can be used in the drying system to achieve the concept of technology. This paper focuses on Planning of energy monitoring and management system by drying energy management system and combine Power Line Communication protocol. In this graphical framework, Microsoft Visual studio VB.NET is planned to establish the drying energy management system, including:(1) Energy Monitor Interface (2) Component Efficiency Interface (3) Historical Process Interface(4) Process Input Interface. Some useful information of appliances, including real time/historical record of drying system energy information, control setting mode, can be demonstrated to characterize the effectiveness of energy saving for the smart appliances in drying energy management system.
傳統產業目前應用智慧化不多,尤其在能源管理和通訊技術,如何有效整合應用於織物烘乾系統中,達到智慧化能源監控是本研究規劃重點。本研究規畫建構烘乾製程能源管理系統,系統建置使用PLC架構結合通訊技術,設計出一套可達節能需求的烘乾製程能源管理系統。本系統以 Microsoft Visual studio VB.NET為發展工具,規劃一套圖形化的能源監測管理控制系統,包含:(1)能源監控介面(2)元件能源效率介面(3)製程歷史報表介面(4)製程條件輸入介面,可呈現烘乾設備之即時/歷史能源資訊、節能控制情境之設定及顯示,用以達到智慧烘乾能節約能源的具體效益。
