To obtain a high absorption of formaldehyde gas, the porous calcium silicate/polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) was coating on polypropylene (PP) non-woven by padding method. The effects of ratio of CaSiO3/PVA and CaSiO3 content on the adsorption of formaldehyde were studied. The results indicate that with the increasing of calcium silicate content, the amount of PVA/CaSiO3 and CaSiO3 coated on the PP non-woven increased and the formaldehyde adsorption and the ratio of formaldehyde/CaSiO3 content decreased steadily. The highest ratio of formaldehyde/CaSiO3 content is 3.68 g/g, and the corresponding parameters are the follows: PVA concentration is 1.5% and the porous calcium silicate concentration is 1%. In addition, the adsorption and release curves of formaldehyde gas for PP/CaSiO3 non-woven fabric indicates that the release time is lower than that of absorption time and releases completely in less than 5 h.
以聚丙烯(PP)無紡布為基質,聚乙烯醇(PVA)作為粘結劑,採用浸軋的方法將多孔矽酸鈣粉體與PP無紡布進行了複合,製備出能夠吸附甲醛氣體的聚丙烯無紡布。研究了多孔矽酸鈣粉體濃度和PVA濃度對改性無紡布的形貌結構和甲醛氣體吸附性與釋放性的影響。實驗結果表明,改性無紡布的多孔矽酸鈣粉體複合量以及微孔結構的變化綜合影響著改性聚丙烯無紡布對甲醛氣體的吸附量,研究最佳的工藝參數和配比,分析甲醛氣體高吸附性能的相關機理。
