In this study, the double stranded spiral of DNA embedded in heavy metal compounds, to purify wastewater quality role, but DNA is a water soluble material, easily separated, the DNA to alginate and xanthan gum modified, and electrospinning method making electrostatic spray micro particles to larger contact area, more conducive to adsorption.
本研究利用DNA雙股螺旋結構配位重金屬化合物,達到廢水水質淨化的作用,DNA為水溶性物質,不易分離出來,因此將DNA用以海藻酸鈉與黃原膠改質,並以靜電紡絲法製作靜電噴霧微粒,使其接觸面積較大,更利於吸附作用。
