In this study, the first to improve the water-insoluble silicone oil through the silicon with different EO chain length of PEG modification after modification can have more excellent chemical stability and low skin irritation, adding betaine itself as biodegradable materials, betaine is an alkaloid found from beet, with all types of dyes, surfactants and cosmetic ingredients have better compatibility in acidic and alkaline conditions have excellent stability, skin irritation low, good biodegradability, and excellent wettability, combining the advantages of the two materials, the development of a series of new silicon type surfactant betaine, betaine experiment novel silicon-type surfactants and other different ionic interface active agent, make nylon blend fabric dyeing test compared to discuss the changing conditions of temperature dyeing effect.
本研究先改善矽油之水不溶性,透過將矽與不同EO鏈長之PEG改質,改質後能具有更優異的化學穩定性和低皮膚刺激性,再加入本身為可分解原料的甜菜鹼,甜菜鹼是一種從甜菜中發現的生物鹼,能與各種類型染料、界面活性劑及化妝品原料具有較佳的相容性,在酸性及鹼性條件下均有優良的穩定性,對皮膚刺激性低,生物降解性好,並具有優良的濕潤性,結合此兩種材料的優點,開發一系列新型甜菜鹼矽型界面活性劑,實驗將新型甜菜鹼矽型界面活性劑與其他不同離子型界面活性劑,進行尼龍混紡布染色測試比較,改變溫度的條件來探討染色效果。
