Crystallization Kinetics and Properties of Biaxially Oriented Polyamide
BOPA薄膜結晶動力學與性質研究

In this study, polyamide (PA) film was casted by twin screw extruder and followed by biaxially stretching. In the first part, the parameters of kinetics of crystallization were calculated by measuring the heat flow in the isothermal process by using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). In the second part, the properties of BOPA film were analyzed including optical properties and oxygen transmission rate (OTR), and the relationship among the stretching process and tensile strength.
本研究利用雙螺桿押出機押出聚醯胺(PA)薄膜,並進行雙軸延伸,研究薄膜結晶動力學與機械性質。第一部分使用示差掃描量熱儀(DSC)進行結晶恆溫量測,並代入Avrami方程式以獲得PA薄膜結晶動力參數。第二部分分析雙軸延伸BOPA薄膜之性質,包括黏彈性、光學性能和氧氣穿透率,以及探討薄膜之延伸與抗拉強度之間的關係。
