Due to non-ionic surfactant is commonly used on the market now surfactant species, so this experiment using polyoxyethylenated stearyl ether and ma-leic anhydride synthesized a series of modified nonionic-bilayer surfactant, as a dispersed-leveling agent when dyed polyester fiber., The use of high temperature and pressure dyeing machine for 100% polyester knit cloth dyeing, and analyze the dyeing properties, Including color measurement with the spectrometer, analyze the rate of color and the Lab values, and use of CNS 1499, CNS 8532 test methods measure its wet and dry friction color fastness and color fastness to hot pressing iron, to investigate the effect of different chain lengths modified nonionic-bilayer surfactant when polyester fibers dyed.
由於非離子型界面活性劑為現在市面上常用之界面活性劑種類,所以本實驗以聚乙二醇十八烷基醚(polyoxyethylenated stearyl ether)及馬來酸酐(ma-leic anhydride)為原料,合成一系列之改質非離子型雙分子界面活性劑,以其作為聚酯纖維染著時之分散均染劑,以利用高溫高壓染色機對100%聚酯針織布做染色,之後做染色性質上的分析,包括分光儀的測色,分析其上色率及Lab值,與使用CNS 1499、CNS 8532檢驗方法測其乾溼摩擦染色堅牢度及耐熱壓燙染色堅牢度,探討不同鏈長之改質非離子型雙分子界面活性劑對聚酯纖維染著之影響。
