In this study, chitosan was modified with glycidyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (GTMAC) to produce N-(2-hydroxyl) propyl-3-trimethyl ammonium chitosan chloride (HTCC). Furthermore, HTCC and was modified with gallic acid to produce HTCC-GA. The HTCC-GA was examined by using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) to determine the chemical structure. In addition, the cytocompatibility was evaluated by B16F10 skin melanoma proliferation and test.
本研究先以縮水甘油三甲基氯化銨(glycidyl trimethyl ammonium chloride,GTMAC)合成N-(2-羥基)丙基-3-三甲基氯化銨幾丁聚醣(N-(2-hydroxyl) propyl-3-trimethyl ammonium chitosan chloride) (HTCC)。再將沒食子酸(gallic acid)與HTCC進行接枝反應,合成所得之HTCC-GA幾丁聚醣衍生物。反應合成之產物以傅立葉紅外線光譜儀(FT-IR)分析其結構,細胞相容性以MTT方法評估皮膚黑色素瘤細胞(B16F10)增生情形,另外以黑色素瘤細胞來評估細胞成長性與毒性。
