Application of Soilless Cultivation Base of Coffee Grounds Recycling
利用回收咖啡渣無土栽培基材之應用研究

This research chitosan add coffee grounds as a base material for the main body of soilless medium and curing them with aqueous sodium hydroxide. The article discusses various concentrations of chitosan (3wt%, 5wt%, 7wt%) Add coconut oil foaming agent was prepared with coffee grounds soilless medium showed that chitosan concentration 7wt%, the proportion of adding coffee grounds 4;3 sample the best formability. After the best samples were made, pH value, EC values, and water retention research and testing, the study found that after washing the pH falls between 5.5 ~ 6.5, EC values 2ms / cm or less, and are in compliance with the cultivation of plants in the environment in general. And in moisture and water retention areas to coffee grounds add 7wt% chitosan soilless cultivation is the best.
本研究以咖啡渣為主體添加幾丁聚醣作為無土栽培介質之基材,並利用氫氧化鈉水溶液對其進行固化。文中探討不同濃度之幾丁聚醣(3wt%、5wt%、7wt%)添加椰子油發泡劑與咖啡渣製備無土栽培介質,結果顯示幾丁聚醣濃度在7wt%,添加咖啡渣比例為4:3時樣本成型性最佳。製成最佳樣本後進行pH值、EC值以及保水率的研究測試,研究發現經水洗後pH值落在5.5~6.5之間,EC值在2ms/cm以下,皆符合一般植物的栽培環境。而在含水率及保水率方面以咖啡渣添加7wt%幾丁聚醣無土栽培為最佳。
