Needles to discuss the preparation of the flame retardant composite non-woven
針軋次數對阻燃複合不織布製備之探討

The purpose of this study is to explore the rolling pin to change the number of influence and flame retardant fabric composite fabric, the evaluation of the performance of flame retardant fabric and fabric of the composite. 6D flame retardant used in the study PET, using different frequency rolling needles made of flame-retardant non-woven and laminated woven glass fiber composite was prepared retardant fabric, needle rolling assessments at different times of the flame retardant fabric and its composite fabric bursting strength, tensile strength, impact absorbing performance, limiting oxygen index (LOI). The results showed that the mechanical properties of flame-retardant fabric, along with the rolling pin number to rise while rising trend, but does not significantly affect the flame retardant composite fabric, the acoustic performance in laminated glass fiber woven fabric with a difference after , whereas after the limiting oxygen index (LOI) and then laminated glass fiber fabrics have there in decline trend.
本研究之目的探討改變針軋次數對於阻燃基布與阻燃複合基布之影響,評估阻燃基布與阻燃複合基布之各項性能。研究中使用6D阻燃PET,利用不同針軋次數製成阻燃非織物,並疊合玻璃纖維梭織物製備複合阻燃基布,評估在不同針軋次數時,對阻燃基布與阻燃複合基布其頂破強力、拉伸強力、吸音性能、極限氧指數(LOI)之影響。研究結果顯示阻燃基布在力學性能方面,隨著針軋次數上升而有上升之趨勢,但對於阻燃複合基布並無顯著之影響,吸音性能在疊合玻璃纖維梭織物後才具有差異性,而極限氧指數(LOI)再疊合玻璃纖維梭織物後有則有下降之趨勢。
