Preparation of TiO2 Hollow Fiber Using Wool Fabric as Bio-templates

In this study, the hollow tubular TiO2 materials were prepared by atomic layer deposition (ALD) technique and subsequent aerobic sintering with wool fabrics as templates. Combined the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray fluorescence studies of wool fabric treated by ALD demonstrated the uniform and conformal titania coatings were deposited onto wool fabric. The SEM and X-ray energy dispersive results of calcined wool fabric showed the morphology of wool fiber was replicated accurately by the hollow fiber and the composition of hollow fiber was anatase TiO2.
本文利用原子層沉積(Atomic Layer Deposition,ALD)方法,在羊毛織物表面沈積了不同循環TiO2薄膜。ALD處理前後羊毛織物的掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)圖和X射線螢光光譜(XRF)結果證實了ALD處理後羊毛織物表面沈積了一層均勻的保型性好的薄膜。將經ALD處理的織物在空氣中高溫煅燒後得到中空的纖維。煅燒後織物的SEM圖和廣角X射線繞射(XRD)結果表明該方法精確的複製了羊毛纖維的微觀形貌,製備了銳鈦型TiO2中空纖維。
