In this study, nickel wire and wire permeability characteristics , the use of two fibers to be made plain weave fabric , nickel wire warp , weft wire , and then to increase the reflection of electromagnetic waves of multiple materials space , to be made of different nickel wire gauge fabric , and the number of ways to change the wire and comparing the presence or absence of PE pipe on the electromagnetic wave absorption , and prior to the start of the experiment , see the literature by others , and in the conductive wire , the absorption of electromagnetic waves in the high frequency part of a good effect, but the effect is poor in the low frequency part of the literature As seen from the other wire of the magnetic permeability of the frequency range of the electromagnetic absorption value has a positive effect at low frequencies , so in order to enhance the rate and the dB value of the bandwidth it is added to the low frequency nickel wire and wire magnetic materials as of this experiment , and the results of this experiment in 1cm nickel wire gauge reached the best absorption effect is 18dB value, wire , when the number of 3 and achieve the most good absorption of 24dB values and measured again after adding some measure electromagnetic wave absorption effect of PE pipe value is increased by 13dB and 18dB value in the low- frequency electromagnetic wave absorption had a good absorption.
本研究利用鎳線和鐵線的導磁特點,使用兩種纖維去製成平紋織物,以鎳線為經紗,鐵線為緯紗,再以增加電磁波多重反射空間的材料,去製成不同鎳線隔距的織物,與改變鐵線根數的方式以及比較有無PE管對電磁波吸收值的影響,由參考文獻中指出,在導電的線材中,吸收電磁波在中高頻的部分有良好的效果,但是在低頻的部分效果不佳由於從參考文獻中看到了導磁性線材對電磁波吸收值之頻率範圍在低頻有良好效果,所以為了提升低頻寬率與電磁波吸收效益故加入了鎳線與鐵線當作本實驗的導磁材料。而本實驗的結果鎳線隔距在1cm時達到了最好的吸收效果為18dB值,達到98.4%的電磁波吸收率與在鐵線根數為3的時候達到最好的吸收效果為24dB值,達到99.7%的電磁波吸收率,並且測得在加入PE管後電磁波吸收效果由13dB值增加到18dB值與在電磁波吸收頻率之低頻部分測得了良好的吸收效果。
