The TPU Waterproof and Moisture Permeable Membrane by the electrospinning technique
以靜電紡絲法製造TPU透濕防水膜之研究

used an electrostatic spinning process with Thermal-Polyurethane in different proportions with a solvent (MEK)(solid content 12.5, 14, 17, 20%), the type of flow(1、2mL/hr),the type of voltage (15kV, 20kV),and the type collection distance 15cm under the spinnability of the study, the study results the Thermal-Polyurethane with a solvent ratio of 17%, the voltage of 15kV, the type of flow 1mL/hr, collection distance of 15cm and fiber morphology is preferred, and a fiber diameter is more average. Adding different amount of Zinc ion(0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, 1, 2g) and EDTA 0.5g, the test conducted of inhibition zone, the study results adding Zinc ion 0.5g and EDTA 0.5g, conform to the cost effect of bacteriostatic. The last, TPU with different thickness (50, 100, 150µm) Microporous coating on electrospinning technique, testing of water resistance and water vapor transmission, the study results coating 50µm have better water resistance and water vapor transmission.
本實驗利用靜電紡絲法以熱塑性聚氨基甲酸酯溶解於丁酮改變固成分(12.5、14、17、20%)、流量(1、2mL/hr)、電壓(15kV、20kV)和距離15cm下的可紡性進行研究,研究結果得知:熱塑性聚氨基甲酸酯固成分為17%、電壓為15kV、流量為1mL/hr和收集距離15cm時得到的纖維形貌較佳,纖維直徑粗細較平均。再以此參數加入不同添加量的鋅離子(0.1、0.3、0.5、0.7、1、2g)和乙二胺四乙酸0.5g,進行抑菌圈測試比較,研究結果得知添加鋅離子0.5g和乙二胺四乙酸0.5g,符合成本也有抑菌效果。最後將熱塑性聚氨基甲酸酯以不同塗佈刀狹縫高度(50、100、150µm)濕式塗佈在靜電紡絲上,進行耐水壓和透濕度測試,研究結果得知塗佈厚度50µm有耐水壓350mm.H2O和較好的透濕度。
