Preparation of Single Core Alginate Microcapsules
單核型海藻酸鈉微膠囊之製備

This study was conducted using through home-made equipment by an orifice method to make the single core alginate microcapsule. The sodium alginate was used as wall material and the core material is camphor oil. In order to measure the different degree of release, calculating encapsulated ratio and the average size of the microcapsule, a variety of concentrations of shell material and cross-linking agent were used. The result indicated that the longer release amount of releasing time is relatively high when the concentrations of shell material lower. The result-ing effect is a result of poor release higher concentrations of the molecular structure of the shell material more difficult to penetrate more closely. Simultaneously the encapsulated ratio above 95%, a variety of concentrations of shell material and cross-linking were used. The particle size were decreased by increasing the concentration of sodium alginate obtained at 0.75~1.75wt%.
本研究是利用液中硬化法透過自組裝設備製備出單核型海藻酸鈉微膠囊,以海藻酸鈉為殼材,樟腦油為芯材,藉由改變殼材濃度及交聯劑濃度探討其釋放性差異並計算包覆率,觀察成形性及其粒徑。由實驗結果顯示,殼材濃度較低之海藻酸鈉微膠囊釋放時間較長釋放量較高,因殼材濃度較高時其分子結構較緊密較不易穿透而造成釋放效果較差,同時在不同殼材濃度與不同交聯劑下所製備出之單核海藻酸鈉微膠囊其包覆率皆在95%以上,當殼材海藻酸鈉濃度由0.75~1.75wt%逐漸增加時,其粒徑亦隨之增大。
