The experimental use of polypropylene fiber, coconut fiber, The amount of production of different fiber sheet thickness, changes in fiber consumption, adding foaming agent, mixed with sound-absorbing panels made of composite, compared to the market of the plate, loss due to moisture absorption, with our relevant tests, Hoping to get lower and impact absorption enhancing effect.
本實驗使用聚丙烯纖維、椰子纖維,不同纖維用量製作板材厚度,改變纖維之用量,加入發泡劑後,混和製成複合吸音用板材。相較於市面上的板材,吸收水分導致損耗,藉由我們吸水率、含水率、衝擊力、吸音性測試後,希望板材能得到吸水率降低及衝擊力提升及吸音性效果。
