A Study of Using Multilayer Coated Printing to Produce Stereoscopic Graphics on Advertising Cloth Membrane

The research is glass fabric multilayer coating by Waterborne Polyurethane, and on each resin phase print part graphics, change the height of the coated knife slit to achieve multi- level effect. Base on the experimental results the height of the coated knife slit from one sets respect 100µm, 150µm, 150µm, 150µm, which can get the best coating effect; by analysis of the transmittance knowable, along with increment of the resin layer transmittance are down from 22% to 18.63%; by analysis of the stereo degree knowable, along with increment background of the resin layer the color is gradual blurred, as well as the edge of flower is gradual sharp, Establish this experiment really have already reached the stereoscopic effect.
本實驗的目的在於探討玻璃纖維基布經由水性PU多層塗布,並且在各樹脂層上噴印部分圖案時,改變塗布刀狹縫高度,使其達到多層次效果。由實驗結果得知第一層至第四層塗布刀狹縫高度分別設定為100μm、150μm、150μm、150μm有最好的表面形態與厚度;透光度的分析可得知,隨著樹脂層的增加其透光率逐漸從22%降到18.63%;立體度的分析可得知,隨著樹脂層的增加背景色逐漸模糊,而花朵的邊緣則逐漸銳利,確立本實驗確實有達到立體之效果。
