幾丁聚醣預處理對聚乳酸纖維噴墨效果的影響之探討

In recent years, many researches are the target of environment friendly. The digital inkjet printing gradually attention, the requirement are less dyes, producing a few wastewater. PLA has biodegradable performance can be decomposed in the soil, the environmental burden small. Chitosan is a biodegradable polymer, it comes from natural shrimp and crab shell produced when a raw material, it has a non-toxic, Biodegradable. In the first, the pre-treatment of chitosan ,and then inkjet printing on pre-treatment of PLA , to explore the effects of processing conditions. The result show pre-treatment concentration 5 wt%,pre-treatment concentration curing temperature of 150 ℃, paste pH value of 3, steaming time at 50 min have the best K/S.
近幾年來環保的潮流下,很多研究朝向對環境負擔小的趨勢進行。噴墨印染設備逐漸被人重視,噴印所需染料少,所產生的廢水也極少。聚乳酸纖維因為可降解性能,在土中可分解,對環境負擔小。幾丁聚醣則是一種可分解高分子聚合物,來自天然的蝦、蟹殼,它具有無毒性、生物可分解性。本文先使用幾丁聚醣進行前處理後,再進行反應性染料的噴墨印染,探討其加工條件之影響。實驗結果顯示,前處理劑濃度5 wt%,前處理劑固化溫度150 ℃,糊劑pH3,蒸處時間50 min 時有最佳K/S值。
