天然纖維製成複合板材之機械性質及吸音性探討

In this experiment, all kinds of natural fibers: coconut fiber, the lignin fibers mixed PVA and resin made of sound-absorbing boards for physical properties and acoustic test, go on the plate, to compare the proportion of differences relative now available in the sound-absorbing material to produce a light weight, excellent physical properties, excellent sound-absorbing effect, long life and sound-absorbing plate. By the experiment that pure lignin fibers made of sheet metal of the highest sound absorption rate of 0.76, the highest sound absorption rate of 0.75 pure coconut fiber sheet, sound absorption sheet of pure coconut fiber and pure lignin fiber sheet are lignin fiber coconut fiber mixed plate, which 5 grams of lignin fiber, coconut fiber 45 g mixed plate high sound-absorbing rate is the highest, up to 0.81.
本實驗以各式天然纖維:椰纖、木質素纖維混和PVA及樹酯製成吸音用板材,去對板材進行物性及吸音方面的測試,比較不同比例的差異,相對於現在市面上的吸音材料,製作出質輕、物性優良、吸音效果優良、使用壽命長的吸音用板材。由本實驗得知純木質素纖維所製成板材之最高吸音率為0.76,純椰纖板材其最高吸音率為0.75,而純椰纖的板材和純木質素纖維的板材其吸音性皆無木質素纖維、椰纖混合的板材良好,其中以木質素纖維5克、椰纖45克混合的板材高吸音率最高,可達到0.81。
