Function, comfort, health, environmental protection has become a new demand for products, water-based PU has good chemical resistance, higher temperature range at the same time, it showed good resistance to distorting, abrasion resistance, water-based PU improve other waterborne the physical properties of the product, the extended processing, can increase the added value of the product. This research study anti-water repellent fabric used in water-based PU processing, observed changes in physical properties, respectively immersion treatment fabric to be pressed to the experimental conditions of the fixed pressure roller pressure suction handle the processing, and then explore its of waterborne PU film-forming characteristics and repellent to the study of the physical properties of the water the fabric.
機能、舒適、健康、環保成為新的產品需求,水性PU具有良好的耐化學性,同時在較高溫度範圍內,它表現出良好的耐扭曲性、耐磨擦性,水性PU能改善其他水性產品的物性,延伸加工,可提高產品的附加價值。本研究研究防撥水劑應用於水性PU加工之織物,分別浸漬處理,以固定壓輥壓力之實驗條件對織物予以壓吸處理加工,而後探討其水性PU成膜特性和防撥水加工布物性之研究。
