Chitosan was utilized in the shell material of the microcapsule production, due to the linkage at different times also makes the performance of the shell material and the swellable differences, the crosslinking time is 30 minutes chitosan particles swellable 197.27%less than 30 minutes of good swelling, crosslinking formability than poor easily damaged so that the particle size is less consistent, in this study, plasma cross-linked sodium hydroxide modified 30 minutes chitosan particles, to investigate the changes in swelling experiments using plasma gas argon, argon plasma etch characteristics significantly, use this feature to increase the chitosan surface area so that the change in swelling argon plasma experiment 100 watts 0.4 minutes247.35% of good data if improve argon plasma time chitosan its swelling began to rise, to 0.4 minutes a time swelling began to decline, and lower wattage swelling decreased, increase the wattage. The swellable also decline, but reduced by 50 watts compared to raise 50 swelling is also good.
幾丁聚醣(Chitosan)被利用於製作微膠囊之殼材,因交鏈時間不同也會使得殼材性能及膨潤性差異,交鏈時間為30分鐘幾丁聚醣粒子膨潤性197.27%為最佳膨潤性,交鏈30分鐘以下成形性較不佳易破損使得粒子大小較不一致,本實驗利用電漿(plasma)改質於氫氧化鈉交鏈30分鐘之幾丁聚醣粒子,去探討其膨潤性變化,實驗中利用電漿氣體氬氣,電漿中氬氣擁有蝕刻特性明顯,使用此特性去增加幾丁聚醣表面積使膨潤性改變,實驗中氬氣電漿100瓦0.4分鐘為最佳數據247.35%,如提高氬氣電漿時間幾丁聚醣其膨潤性開始上升,至時間0.4分鐘後膨潤性開始下降,而降低瓦數膨潤性下降,提高瓦數膨潤性也下降,但降低50瓦較提高50瓦膨潤性還佳。
