In this study, the use of silver fiber after electrolytic deposition of silver chloride fiber, ECG electrode patches style design, the silver fiber annexed the p.p. plastic board made of fabric electrode samples, sample side length ECG electrode patches diameterthe same are 4.0cm, the middle of the impedance test area 1.0cm, and then analyzed by surface characteristics and the cross-section of the horizontal surface of silver chloride layered fiber to the SEM electron microscopy and fabric analysis, analysis of the parallel structure through the impedance analyzer withand impedance properties of the composite structure optimization, three silver chloride fibers parallel structure with the ECG electrodes organizations impedance values a good match to get the ideal fabric silver chloride electrode.
本研究利用銀纖維經過電解沉積法後得到氯化銀纖維,以ECG電極貼片樣式進行設計,將銀纖維附載於P.P.塑膠板上製成織物電極樣本,其樣本邊長與ECG電極貼片直徑相同皆為4.0cm,中間的阻抗測試區為1.0cm,再以SEM電子顯微鏡與織物分析儀分析表面的橫面特徵與斷面纖維的氯化銀分層,經由阻抗分析儀分析其平行結構與疊合結構之阻抗性質進行最佳化,得到最理想的氯化銀織物電極為三根氯化銀纖維平行結構最能與ECG電極織阻抗數值良好匹配。
