In this article, a series of modified gemini surfactants has been synthesized by the reaction of polyoxyethylenated stearyl ether and maleic anhydride. The two hydrophilic ethylene oxide chains were appended to maleic anhydride through condensation with polyoxyethylenated stearyl ether. The structure of the final products was confirmed by FTIR. From measuring surface activities, these gemini surfactants were exhibited lower surface tension, low foaming, good wetting, emulsion and dispersibility.
本研究以聚乙二醇十八烷基醚(polyoxyethylenated stearyl ether)及馬來酸酐(maleic anhydride)為原料合成一系列改質雙分子界面活性劑,合成的產物以傅利葉紅外線光譜分析儀(FTIR)確認其構造,所測試的性質包括表面張力、接觸角、起泡性、乳化安定性及分散性,由測試結果顯示一系列改質雙分子界面活性劑具有良好的界面性質,包括降低表面張力、良好的濕潤性、低起泡性、良好的乳化安定性及分散性。
