The Study of Adhesion Strength between PET Fabrics and Rubber by Oxygen Plasma Treatment and adding Methylenediphenylisocyanate

This research is to study the high strength polyester fabric pre-treatment by oxygen plasma 60S30W, 60W, 90W and 120W, in the RFL chemical solid composition and IL-6 concentration of 4%, 6% for adding. Analysis adhesion strength between fabric to fabric and fabric to rubber of the conveyor belt, and the effect of PETfabric mechanical properties.From the result, the best treatment condition is oxygen plasma treated60S120W and adding 6% of IL-6.In the adhesion strength of fabric and fabric layer compared with the untreated has raised up to 25.8kgf (111.4%), and fabric and rubber layer has raised up to 26.3kgf (93.4%).
本研究將聚酯織物通以功率30W、60W、90W及120W分別進行60秒氧氣電漿處理,並在RFL藥劑配方中添加4%、6%異氰酸化合物,分析輸送帶布與布層間剝離強力以及布與膠層間剝離強力之變化,並探討聚酯織物複合性質之影響。由實驗結果得知,在電漿處理條件60S120W電漿處理後添加異氰酸化合物6%之聚酯織物,其布與布層間剝離強力由12.2kgf增加至25.8kgf,相較於原布強力提升比例為111.4%;布與膠層間剝離強力由13.6kgf增加至26.3kgf,相較於原布強力提升比例為93.4%。
