Adhesion between PET/Nylon Fabrics and Rubber by RFL Regent with IL-6
RFL藥劑添加異氰酸化合物對PET/Nylon梭織物與橡膠黏結性之研究

In this study, to change testing conditions the RFL chemical solid composition ratio of 20%, 21%, 22%, 23%, and IL-6 concentration of 0%, 2%, 5%, 8% for adding. Analysis adhesion strength between fabric to fabric and fabric to rubber of the conveyor belt, for the conditions of different concentrations were observed in the viscosity changes in RFL chemical situations. The results shows that the RFL chemical viscosity increased with the ratio of solid and IL-6 concentration increased, adhesion strength between the fabric to fabric when solid content of 23% and 8% of IL-6, the average adhesion strength have 12.24kgf. And the average adhesion strength was 16.21kgf between the fabric and rubber.
本實驗以改變RFL藥劑配方比例為20%、21%、22%、23%,分別添加異氰酸化合物濃度為0%、2%、5%、8%的條件下,分析輸送帶之布與布、布與膠之間的層間剝離強度變化,並分別對於不同濃度的條件下觀察RFL藥劑中黏度的變化情形。由實驗結果得知,RFL藥劑的黏度會隨著配方比例的提升及異氰酸化合物濃度的提升而增加,在布與布之間的剝離強力配方比例為23%、添加8%異氰酸化合物時為較佳條件,平均剝離強力可達12.24kgf,而在布與膠之間的平均剝離強力可達16.21kgf。
