A Study on the Far-infrared Index with the Different sweat Composition

This study investigated the acid- alkaline sweat rate on the far-infrared radiation effect of the fabric. By adding sweat directly after drying and natural drying, drying after washing and non-washing Accumulation to acceding to the conduct of its far-infrared radiation rate measurement. The results show that the accumulated sweat of the infrared enhancement have markedly increased, and natural drying process beacuse of water evaporation a result of radiation rate will change. In different acid and alkaline sweat in the dry alkaline sweat rate increase after the radiation is higher than the acidic sweat.
本研究探討酸鹼汗液乾燥後對遠紅外線針織物放射率之影響。依汗液添加後直接乾燥與自然乾燥,乾燥後進行水洗與累加加入不水洗等情況進行其遠紅外線放射率測量。實驗結果顯示,汗液的累積對紅外線的提昇有很顯著的增加,而鹼性汗液累加乾燥後之放射率酸性汗液累加乾燥後之放射率高0.002左右。並且在自然乾燥的過程中會因水分的蒸發而使放射率會有所改變。而在不同的酸鹼汗液中,鹼性汗液在乾燥後其放射率較酸性汗液高0.004左右。由實驗結果得知,遠紅外線聚酯布在添加人工汗液乾燥後會使其放射率提升,而在汗液乾燥後的結晶鹽是影響遠紅外線放射率的關鍵。
