The Feasibility of Heat-transfer Ink Modulation for Polyester Fabrics
聚酯纖維無版熱轉移印墨調製可行性之研究

The principal purpose of this study is used to transfer micro polyester fabric of disperse dye and viscosity adjustment. The commercial printing ink as reference sample to compare the pros and cons of the ink in the experiment. The results indicate that, the viscosity of 4, the dyes have the better stability of the size and color values the best is 1.3, but also the fastness of 4, also the best effect.
本研究主要探討分散性染料與黏度之調整而調製印墨應用於轉印超細聚酯織物可行性之研究。在本實驗中並以商用印墨為參考樣本,以比較其印墨效果之優劣。由實驗結果得知,在黏度4時,染料之粒徑具有較佳的穩定性,著色效果為色差值達1.3為最佳,而且各項牢度也可達4級左右,亦為最佳效果。
